This appointment generally takes around 30-45 minutes, we will apply a numbing cream to minimize discomfort throughout the procedure. Downtime is minimal, minor redness lasting ~a day or so.
Every patient is different, but for optimal results we recommend a series of 3 treatments. We will work with you for a customized treatment plan based on your particular skin issue and your goals.
Microneedling with PRP
PRP, derived from the patient’s own blood, is then applied to the treated area. It contains a concentrated amount of platelets, growth factors, and other healing components. When applied topically or injected into the micro-punctures, PRP further enhances the skin’s rejuvenation process, aiding in tissue repair, improving skin texture, reducing fine lines, and promoting a more youthful appearance.
This combined treatment of microneedling with PRP aims to improve skin tone and texture, minimize scars, wrinkles, and fine lines, and can also help with concerns like hyperpigmentation or uneven skin tone. The procedure is typically performed in a series of sessions to achieve optimal results.
