Dr. Sean Deitch is an Emergency Medicine trained physician with a desire to create a customized patient experience. With clinical expertise in emergency care, trauma care and procedures, he is able to offer a versatile approach to your well-being. Whether suffering from the common cold or a serious medical emergency, Dr. Deitch has seen it all, and will expertly guide your care. Dr. Sean Deitch’s goal is to harness his background in Emergency Medicine, combining it with the comfort and familiarity that primary and preventative care can offer.

Dr. Sean Deitch has resided in San Diego since his undergraduate work, and has graduated among the top of his class at UCSD medical school and residency. He has provided care at numerous locations throughout San Diego, developing extensive relationships with providers of all sub-specialties. He provides his patients with access to top quality sub-specialty care through relationships he has fostered over the years. He looks forward to creating an environment that offers a superior, accessible and integrated approach to your health.

Dr. Heidi Deitch is trained and boarded in Internal Medicine, and has a passion for the healing art of medicine. She is excited to introduce a revolutionary path to preventative patient care, incorporating multiple sub-specialties to help patients achieve their goals. Dr. Heidi Deitch has designed a concierge medical practice that focuses on incorporating health, nutrition, personal training and wellness essentials; allowing patients to achieve their optimal health. In addition, she is excited to provide offerings in the cosmetic space, guiding clients in their beauty journey.

Dr. Heidi Deitch completed her residency at Scripps Green Hospital in La Jolla, and worked as a hospitalist at Scripps Memorial Encinitas Hospital. She brings her breadth of knowledge to her office-based practice. She remains an active community member of Solana Beach for a number of years, and is the mother of three loving daughters. Dr. Heidi Deitch looks forward to providing her local community with a personalized, integrated, and innovative approach to health care.

Dr. James Hart is a board-certified Internal Medicine practitioner. Dr. Hart is deeply committed to the ethos of patient-centered healthcare. With an extensive background spanning primary care and hospital-based practice, he possesses a comprehensive grasp of navigating the intricate landscape of the healthcare domain. Dr. Hart’s unwavering dedication lies in implementing contemporary, evidence-based methodologies rooted in Western medicine, while remaining receptive to integrating Eastern medical modalities for a bespoke patient-centric approach.

Having pursued his medical education at the esteemed University of Massachusetts, Dr. Hart further honed his expertise through rigorous Internal Medicine residency training at Scripps Green Hospital in La Jolla. Presently, he serves as an esteemed member of the medical staff at both Scripps La Jolla and Scripps Green Hospital, concurrently holding the esteemed position of Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at Scripps Clinic.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Dr. Hart finds solace and rejuvenation in the embrace of nature, often indulging in hiking, camping, and surfing escapades alongside his beloved wife and two young children. Eagerly poised to elevate the healthcare paradigm within his local community, Dr. Hart ardently anticipates the opportunity to enhance the healthcare journey for all under his care.

Dr. Pamela Lam is a board-certified Internal Medicine practitioner, boasting a rich background encompassing hospital practice and primary care medicine. Possessing a genuine passion for harmonizing individual lifestyles with the pinnacle of modern medical standards, she endeavors to foster well being and tailor healthcare to meet each patient’s unique health goals.

Having completed her residency at the esteemed Scripps Mercy Hospital San Diego, Dr. Lam currently holds a prestigious position on staff at Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla. Hailing from the vibrant city of Los Angeles, she finds solace and inspiration in the embrace of nature, embodying a profound love for camping, hiking, gardening, and all fauna, while relishing in outdoor adventures alongside her husband, Bradley.

Dr. Lam stands poised at the intersection of medical excellence and compassionate care, dedicated to empowering her patients to embark on transformative journeys toward optimal health and fulfillment.

Barbara Millon (Office Manager), an Arizona native, relocated to San Diego due to family professional opportunities. Barbara has a Bachelors in business management with 25 years working in healthcare management. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling and bike riding

Zena is a dedicated healthcare professional with a diverse background spanning New York City, Florida, and California. She obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology & Human Development while simultaneously managing an organization of volunteer EMTs. Zena then pursued her Master’s in Nursing at the University of San Francisco, graduating summa cum laude.Throughout her education, Zena gained valuable experience in pediatrics at UCSF and worked as a mental health counselor and RN for Progress Foundation. She also contributed to the fight against Covid-19 in the emergency department at Kaweah Health Medical Center before settling in San Diego, where she currently works part-time at Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla.

In addition to her medical background, Zena worked remotely for two years in marketing at Lavender, an online psychiatry start-up. Her passion for patient well-being and personal care led her to concierge medicine, where she thrives on high-touch interactions and building connections. When not practicing medicine, Zena enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors with loved ones, and doting on her dog, Bob.

Zena’s commitment to personalized care, extensive medical knowledge, and genuine passion make her a standout in the field. She is poised to redefine the concierge medicine experience and make a lasting impact on her patients’ well-being.
