How about right now?… No seriously! We provide immediate acute care for our members and are available 24/7. Drop-in medical visits for non-members are often available the same day or the next day.

Of course! Our physicians are equipped to prescribe medications, supplements, and recommend injections or IV therapy when appropriate.

Outside of preventive primary care, we also offer a Longevity Clinic focused on enhancing healthspan and lifespan. Our physicians are experienced in treating a wide range of common medical conditions.

Our physicians have deep ties to the local medical community as well as unsurpassed access to specialists. We will assist you in coordinating care with a specialist and get you seen sooner.

We provide three different options for laboratory studies. You may have your labs drawn in our office if that is convenient for you. We also have a partnership with Quest Laboratories, where you can make an appointment or drop in for lab work. Lastly, we have a partnership with PhlebXpress , which offers in-home lab draw studies for a flat fee of $65. *Please note that while our services are not billable to insurance, laboratory studies can be billed to your insurance.

*While we do not provide imaging in the office, we have a close working relationship with Imaging Healthcare and SimonMed, outpatient imaging centers with multiple locations throughout San Diego. Some imaging studies can be billed through your insurance.

We provide medical services to adults over the age of 18. Dr. Sean Deitch is also available for acute-care pediatric visits upon request.
